Meh. Euro hasn't been doing it for a while - and I believe rightly so. I usually watch every game that I can during a WC, but I haven't watched one single 3rd place playoff game.

I kind of liked third-place playoffs. I know that they are consolation prizes, and its weird to have the second-to-last game in a tournament be essentially meaningless to the final outcome, but I liked that there was a third and fourth place team. It was a game just for honor. I understand the argument against it though.
