I know in the US the games will be available on ESPN360.com if your service provider carries it. (Not all do.) It also looks like UEFA.com will have it on pay-per-view. Stay tuned -- we'll provide more details as we get them. Or there are always pirate sites like myp2p.eu. As the tournament gets closer, we'll offer up all of the viewing options we can find.
