I would add:

Ambrosini – really had no business playing as much as he did, though you can safely blame Donadoni for that.
Di Natale – completely invisible except for his shootout miss.
Carvalho – has to take some of the responsibility for Portugal’s set piece struggles.
Kranjcar – ineffective the whole tournament, subbed off in every match.

I’d pick on the French some more but you’ve got that pretty well covered.
Oh, and Lehman for ___________ that will cost Germany the final

With or without Lahm, Lehmann should be on this list in any case. And you could add Marcel Jansen and Christoph Metzelder as well. Maybe you could just add the whole German defence as a honorable mention.

i wouldnt say that cech isnt one of the better keepers in the world, he is what 25-26, younger then casillas by a year and look how many injuries he has suffered over the last 2 years. When playing he still does the job but his concentration level is lower, i think the biggest problem in his game is that he doesnt like punching the ball, many of his flops could have been avoided with a well timed punch.
And i agree domenech was trash, he left so many talented in form players to choose from and he brings in a bunch of out of form 30+ year olds. Imagine mexes, clichy/evra, gallas, sagna, flamini and frey being the backbone. Most of them are arsenal players so they will be used to the style much more and adding mexes and frey will be an improvement. Why would you go for thuram and abidal when they are partly to blame for barce’s shaky performances throughout the season.
