		<description>As much as I am the president of the useless statistics fan club, I prefer useless on-the-pitch statistics, like the meters run per match statistic, possibly my favorite thing ever.  Not that it doesn&#039;t have applications - it&#039;s a great way to measure work rate - but down to the exact meter?  It&#039;s equally silly and fantastic. GDP statistics are a bit less exciting for me.</description>
