Ronaldo is not a winger for man u, all he does is stand up front which is known as a striker. People keep saying he scored all 40+ goals as a winger when he was clearly doing up front and didnt track down once (rooney tracks back for him). His speed and strength wont last forever, infact they are usually the first attritudes to leave a footballer, and once this happens people will forget all about him. The only reason people believe he is best player in the world is because he is the only name you ever hear. he is on every nike advert, and all you hear on sky sports is the boy wonder ronaldo and all this bullshit. i honestly believe every1 working for sky sports would suck his balls becuz they never fuck up about him. messi and torres are far better than him

How can he be compared to the world’s best?

style, speed, and tricks – he is very far off compare to ronaldinho who was much much faster.

Freekicks- why is he taking all the freekicks at man united when they have giggs, or even hargreeves who proved that he can kick better than ronaldo

C.Ronaldo vs Ronaldo 9- can it be because his name is also ronaldo that helped to boost his career? R9 was probably the most fearful striker ever seen in football. but now no one seems to remember him because another player has same name. but in my opion R9 was at a much higer level than cristiano.

winger- true that most wingers cannot control the game. but what about david beckham? ronaldinho? and many more. being a top class player means that u need to have a differnt vision. A beautiful asist is as good as a world class goal. passing is the best way to move the ball around on the football pitch, the ball always treavels faster than the person

diving and behaviors- a player with heart would get back up when he got knocked down or try not to stay down from the light tackles. the best players never needed to cheat . bpecause they are best. ( maradonna used his hand, but at least he was trying to score)

I admitt he has massive skills, but this boy really need to learn how to use it to become a real footbal legend

Ronaldo played in MU and with Portugal with an injury in his right foot (some bone cartilage broken), the same that was stepped by the german player. He can fall a lot and dive, but this time it was a shameless aggression that should receive the red card.

As a portuguese i´m proud of players like Figo, Rui Costa and Cristiano Ronaldo, but it will be a great mistake if he leaves Manchester United to go to Real Madrid. Like Figo did, when he left Barcelona to join RM.
Like it or not he is, or will be, the best player in the world.

are you serious…did u actually WATCH the video you posted? where not only do the announcers mention that he gets stepped on after the play but unless you are blind, you can see it with your owns eyes. stop being biased. Ronaldo gets fouled probably more than any player on the planet

we’re talking about this year though right? who was better than him THIS year? i dont recall anyone saying he’s better than zidane for fuck’s sake…he’d have to have a season like he did this year many more times and change and evolve as a player on top of that to be in the conversation. but who was better this year? it wasn’t messi, he was hurt. and it wasn’t ricky kaka either. he was the best this year, regardless of press or banging whores w/ anderson or whatever.
